This game is exactly what I was searching for and I see that 2 has recently been released. These should keep me quite entertained for some time until the next perfect game is developed.

The graphics are colorful and true to a typical bowling alley. I especially liked the hands holding the bowling ball, giving a realistic sense of playing. That's the good part. The downside is that while the bowling alleys are attractive, the pins are surprisingly out of focus. And the bowling ball does this crazy wobbling and changing speed before it strikes the pins, so there doesn't appear to be any player control over what's happening. The only thing you get to do is to try to aim the ball, but it still has a mind of its own before striking the pins. This is okay as a free game of the day, but I can't see paying for it. Maybe you'll have better luck.

I tried this for about 15 minutes -- for me, anyway, the controls aren't great and it was too hard. I like that you can try over and over again, but after about the 10th try on the 3rd level, I know this is not the game for me.

Gameplay is addictive if you like rpg games, tons of places to explores, great amount of mini-games and secrets. Many puzzles and mini-games can't be resolved in this part yet, they can only be done in second part. Lvling is not very hard, it's enough to keep you busy but not too much to discourage you. There's occasional level eggs, which I advise saving for later since it takes longer time for high level.

The game has an overwhelming amount of dialog (which you could skip but really shouldn’t). The characters speak with a British accent which is ok. The detective is annoying – he tells you what needs to be done. Why have him in the game and not have the player act as the detective? There is a lot of back and forth to get a single item. The map is basically useless – points you in a direction where you can’t complete the available action since you do not have the item needed. The Hint button, however, will point you in the right direction without depleting. There are sufficient HOs with clear graphics. And, the mini-games are innovative and interesting. Overall the game is ok but definitely not one of the best.

I liked this game, it was a bit creepy and intense! Your objective was to collect information to find a serial killer in the early 19th century. Besides the hidden object scenes, there were also jigsaw puzzle mini-games, for reconstructing the tombstones. After awhile, the game got a bit repetitive and predictable, which kind of killed the intrigue for me.
